If a batch-quality issue is confirmed within 60 days and the case meets the agreed after-sales conditions, the factory bears the return-to-factory freight cost.

Both depend on model, quantity, electrical configuration, materials, packing and production load. A useful quotation should state what is included, the validity period and the estimated production window.
Can you help if we do not know the correct motor power?
Yes. Share the target flow, total head, medium, suction condition, pipe arrangement, operating hours and local power supply. We use those conditions to recommend a suitable starting configuration rather than selecting by power alone.
Which certifications and test documents are available?
Availability varies by pump model and destination market. Tell us the required standard or tender document at the start so we can verify it before quotation and avoid implying blanket coverage.
Which payment terms are available?
Payment terms are confirmed for each order based on order type, value and commercial history. The quotation or sales contract should state the agreed method, deposit balance and payment milestones.
Can distributors order several models together?
